This event is&nbsp;<strong>FIDE<\/strong>&nbsp;rated for Blitz which means only those with&nbsp;<strong>HKG<\/strong> <strong>FIDE ID<\/strong>&nbsp;can play. Time control: 3 minutes plus 2 seconds increment per move. Participants should present themselves before 18:45 on Monday 23rd November, else will not be paired for round 1.
