The Hong Kong China Chess Federation Limited (HKCFL) is organizing a National Arbiter seminar for individuals aspiring to earn the National Arbiter (NA) title. Upon successful completion of the course and achieving a passing score on the online examination, participants will be awarded the NA title, granting them the license to officiate chess events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
