This event is FIDE rated for Standard which means only those with FIDE ID can play. Time control: 60 minutes plus 30 seconds increment per move. Participants should present themselves before 7:15pm on Monday 11th October, else will not be paired for round 1.

Entry Fee:
FREE – members of the Hong Kong Chess Federation Limited. Priority shall be given to members of HKCFL, non-members may be placed on a waiting list as there is a limit of 44 players allowed due to government regulations.
HKD500 – non-members.
