NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special general meeting of the Hong Kong Chess Federation (the “Federation”) will be held at Room 201, 2/F, Duke of Windsor Social Service Building, No. 15 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on 22 October 2015 at 6:30 p.m instead. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing, with or without modifications, the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions:
